All outdoor soft play bookings will be subject to a £50 damages/cleaning/drying deposit that will be returned to you in cash, upon collection providing the item booked (mats included) are in the same condition they were delivered in. For any items that are excessively dirty, damaged or wet we will retain the fee to cover repairs/loss of hire and extra cleaning time.

All our items are disinfected ready for you and set on safety matting if outdoors or indoors on a hard surface
