Planning a fundraising event?

Inflatables, face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon modelling and giant bubbles are very popular at events, and are a great way to bring in the crowds.

We receive many requests from well deserving causes to provide our equipment and services for free, at discounted rates or paying a fee to be there and provide our services.

We would love to help everyone who contacts us however we simply cannot afford to work for free, donate free equipment or pay to provide entertainment at your event for an uncertain income (which is very much dependant on footfall and the weather).

About us:

We are a small, family run company who offer a reliable, professional and insured, safe service. This is our full time job and how we pay our bills and feed our family. .
The majority of our bookings take place at weekends so we have to take as many paid bookings as possible during these two days to keep our business running at a profit. .
Our equipment, fuel, insurance, training, taxes and materials are very costly and it would actually cost us money to work for free.

What we can do to help your fundraiser

We offer a 10% discounted rate on all our website prices to registered charities and local (Telford) school fundraisers. To activate the discount you will need a discount code. Please CONTACT US with full details of your event and your charity number.

By paying for us to attend your event you can rest assured that we will turn up and stay for the entire time we are required. We are often contacted by upset organisers as the face painter or bouncy castle they booked has 'let them down' last minute due to taking a paid booking. This is something that can be avoided by booking our services in advance.

If your event is well attended then you can easily make back our fee plus a profit for your charity

Another suggestion would be to locate a business that would sponsor the event by paying for our services/equipment. We would be happy to wear their uniform or display signs explaining they have paid for our attendance.

Our chosen charities

We regularly donate to chosen charities that are close to our heart -

Cuan House Wildlife Rescue. We provide face painting at their fun day usually held in June/July and donate back 100% of profits.

Mad Hatters Children's Charity. We volunteered our balloon modelling services at their Summer Tea Party at Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

Telford First Responders. We donate any tips we receive from events.
