Had an excellent experience using fantasy castles Telford. I ended up going for superhero themed bouncy castle and balloon modeling. They were really helpful over the phone to help me decide what products to choose. On the day of the party they arrived on time and quickly set up. the balloon modeling was a real hit with the kids

Hired this company for a event is which I was organising at The Silver Threads Hall. Very friendly and helpful and the face painting and balloon modelling was really good and the children really enjoyed it. The price was good too, would highly recommend

All Inclusive Party review

Fantasy Castles were brilliant and delivered as promised. They arrived on time and set up quickly. All the children absolutely loved the Peppa Pig inflatable play zone, it was a big hit and kept them all entertained throughout the party. The giant lego was great too. I would highly recommend and will be using them again if we have another party!

Halloween face painting at the fox. Louie face painting is amazing so detailed and even matched the colours to their costumes. Highly recommend.

Brilliant all inclusive party for my twins 5th birthday. Had something fun for all ages from babies to adults. All were impressed with what we had and everyone enjoyed it. Definitely worth the money and better than any soft play centres we have been too. Great friendly service. Many were interested in booking it. Would hire again. Thank you so much

Louie came to my sons 5th birthday to do face painting, she was incredible! So good with all the children and they all looked amazing. My son didn’t want his face painted so she had time left over after a few children being poorly and couldn’t attend so got her balloon modelling kit out and made my son an amazing unicorn balloon and a few others some balloon models which was really kind of her. Would definitely use again and 100% recommended thank you so much

Fantastic service and product hire! Would 100% recommend. We hired the sensory play set for a first birthday party, the little ones had a great time playing. Delivery and pick up were punctual and efficient. Just perfect all round!

Staff are lovely, equipment is sturdy and they have things to fit any theme. All for a great price too. Love to optional add ons- we didn’t this year but I think I might save myself the stress of party bags and sweet cones next year will book again!

Fantastic party package! Every child (and parent) enjoyed themselves, the balloon add on was well worth it with my husband saying "they were like catnip for children" and it was all completely stress free for us! Cannot recommend enough and will be booking again for next year!

We hired some soft play and a ball pit from Fantasy Castles for a first birthday party. Everything was simple and straightforward. The team arrived to set up and collect on time and were very efficient and fast. The soft play and ball pit were all clean and in great condition, it was a good hit with the children who came! Would highly recommend! Really amazing experience for my sons 4th birthday party. He and everyone else had an amazing time. We had the superhero bouncy castle which was amazing and the face painting which was also fantastic! All the kids had a whale of a time and never stopped! They all enjoyed every moment. The team were so nice and provided an amazing service. Everything was all around amazing, couldn’t fault it in any way and great price too!

My sons just had the most amazing 7th birthday party. Neon disco for 45+ kids. Kept them all entertained, everyone’s had a brilliant time. Neon face painters amazing too. Highly recommend

We hired a softplay set for our son's birthday. Fantasy Castles were great at sorting it out and delivered and collected it on time. It transformed our lounge for the day and was thoroughly enjoyed. lots of birthday memories made. Will be ordering again for next year.

Booked Fantasy Castles for my son's birthday party, we had a bouncy castle and face painting. It was the perfect icing on the cake for the most fantastic of parties. Service was fantastic. Soft play and sweets delivered exactly on time. Very quick to respond to questions and accomdating in requests. Will definitely use their services again for another party!

We booked an all inclusive party package for my sons 6th birthday. We had 38 children in total at the venue. The children all had an incredible time and it was lovely to see them all having so much fun. The set up of the room was incredible and they were all engaged for the full 2hrs. The communication with the team was excellent and the lady who did the balloon modelling (an added extra) worked non-stop for 2hours.Thank you to everyone at Fantasy Castle for an unforgettable experience.

We hired a sensory soft play package for my sons first birthday. Both he and his older sister absolutely loved playing with it, we got lots of fantastic items all dropped off and picked up at times convenient to us, and for a great price! We booked the all inclusive package for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. My whole family were amazed the second they walked in how fantastic the place and equipment was!! my daughter couldn't have had a better birthday!!! Every single person enjoyed it. The staff who helped us were just brilliant and so accommodating and friendly. Can't recommend this company enough

We hired some soft play equipment for the little ones attending my sons first birthday party. The staff who arrived and collected the equipment were professional, helpful, and chatty, and the equipment and toys themselves were perfect. All the kids had so much fun and it definitely kept them all occupied for the three hours. Very pleased and will certainly be recommending Fantasy Castles, and hopefully using them again in future!

Myself and Sister had a joint party for my daughters 1st and her sons 2nd Birthday. We hired the woodland themed soft play, ride-a-longs, bouncy castle and balloon crafts. It was fantastic!! The kids had a great time and love the balloons. I honestly can’t thank Fantasy Castles enough, for helping make the part such a big success. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future events ☺️

Highly recommend! Great service. Took the stress out of entertaining the youngest guests at our sons 5th Birthday. Our youngest is 15 months old so this soft play equipment kept him and the other babies out of the way of the big kids. All delivered, set up and taken away for us. Thank you so much 😊

Fantasy Castles were booked to come to the Tibberton playgroup at our village hall as a treat for the toddlers. They arrived on time were very efficient in setting up and the children loved it would definitely recommend them. I was very pleased to see that all the equipment was disinfected before being packed away great service.

My son had a bouncy castle and soft play set for his birthday in July. Couldn’t fault anything, very professional and all the equipment was clean. Would definitely recommend and will be using again myself for any further parties
