Candy Floss and Balloon Modelling at Millbrook Primary School's Summer Fete in Leegomery
Today, we had the pleasure of attending Millbrook Primary School's annual summer fete in Leegomery. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the event saw a fantastic turnout, with many local families coming together to enjoy a day of fun and community spirit.
Our team was thrilled to be a part of this wonderful event, bringing along our popular candy, popcorn, and balloon modelling stations. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as children and parents alike flocked to our stalls.
Amanda was kept busy throughout the day with her incredible balloon modelling skills. From animals to hats and everything in between, Amanda's creations brought smiles to many faces. The children were delighted with their new balloon accessories, proudly showing them off as they explored the fete.
Meanwhile, Louie and Helen were stationed in the main hall, whipping up delicious candy floss. We were amazed at how popular the candy floss turned out to be! Within just 45 minutes, we found ourselves running low on supplies. Thankfully, we managed to call in for extra supplies, which arrived just in time to keep the candy floss flowing. The queue for candy floss was enormous and we were still serving eager customers even after all the other stalls had packed away. It's safe to say that Leegomery loves our candy floss!
In addition to the candy floss, our popcorn station was also a hit. The irresistible aroma of freshly popped popcorn drew in crowds, and it was wonderful to see so many happy faces enjoying this classic treat.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Millbrook Primary School for inviting us to be a part of their summer fete. It was a joy to see the community come together and to contribute to such a successful event. We look forward to returning next year and bringing even more fun and treats to the families of Leegomery.
