Outdoor hires 🌸
Just a reminder for our new followers.
Over the last couple of years we made the decision to no longer offer inflatables for outdoor hires.
With the UK climate like it is now we just don’t get the summers like we used to. It’s either too wet, too windy, or both.
If a castle gets wet during a hire, and just a small shower can be enough, it can take several hours to dry fully and also needs sunshine and warmth.
If it’s left for over a week damp it will go mouldy and it’s very time consuming to get clean again.
Also if it’s booked out indoors the next day it will be wet which can damage hall floors and isn’t very nice for the client who is expecting a nice clean dry castle for their party.
We take great pride in offering our clients, clean, safe, tested and insured equipment and feel that offering outdoor hires can compromise our high standards.
That said, we do have two inflatables that we allow for outdoor hires May-Aug as long as the winds are within the safe limit and it’s not heavy, persistent rain on the day.

If we do need to cancel because of the weather we offer a full refund on your booking fee or option to move it to another date.
If you are organising a party at home and the bouncy castle is the main entertainment be mindful that the bouncy castle could be cancelled the night before or the morning of your party. For this reason we always recommend hiring a hall if it’s for a special occasion so you don’t have to worry about disappointing your child.
