We take pride in providing clean, quality equipment, lots of safety mats and sand bags to stop the equipment moving when indoors. We have designated castles for indoor and outdoor hires to ensure that any castles hired indoors will be clean and dry. Due to the weather being so unpredictable, and to avoid disappointment with cancelled bookings, we recommend booking a hall for your party, however if you do wish to have your party outside, we have two inflatables which we allow to be hired outdoors April-Sept. Full safety briefing and operating advice is given by our RPII trained staff on set up plus a safety video emailed to you before your party..
Our inflatables are also safety tested annually by a PIPA registered Inspector. PIPA is an inspection scheme set up by the inflatable play industry to ensure that inflatable equipment conforms to recognised safety standards. The current test status can be viewed live by clicking on the product and the 'TEST' tab at the top of the page.
Before you book with us, please be aware of the space each castle needs, in particular the height when at indoor venues. The space required for each castle is listed under the 'SIZE' tab or in the description field. If the castle is outdoors then it must be in a private, enclosed level garden on real grass, with no overhanging trees.
With the exception of our Adult Obstacle Course and Adult Bouncy Castle, the rest of our inflatables are suitable for children up to 17yrs. Even though our inflatables tend to be the same overall size they do have different internal wall heights. For safety reasons, the castle will display a label on the step showing what the maximum user height is and also the maximum amount of users at any one time. It is not determined by the age of the user as children come in various heights. Please check that the inflatable you are booking is going to be suitable before you book and check the height restrictions as they do differ from castle to castle. This information is listed on the 'SUITABILITY' tab on each castle description page. As a guide, 1.25m is the height of an average 5/6yr old. 1.35m, average 9yr old and 1.5m average 11/12yr old.
We do not allow children who have been face painted or with fresh henna tattoos to use our equipment unless they have been painted by Fantasy Castles Face Painters. This is due to permanent staining on our equipment. There are so many different brands available now that we cannot test every one and every shade for staining. We have tested our own soft play and inflatables with our face paints and know that they are safe with our equipment.

For your piece of mind we hold an RPII Operators licence. This is a new scheme for 2018 where all staff involved in setting up inflatables are trained in how to do so safely and correctly in accordance with BS EN14960.
We are also BHIA & TIPE members, DBS cleared and hold £5million public liability insurance. All our electrical equipment is PAT tested too.
